I/We hereby declare that the information furnished in this application is true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge.
I/We agree to follow all rules, regulations, policies and instructions issued by RMPV COMPUTER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY (Run Under RMPV Education India Private Limited) from time to time.
I/We understand that if any information submitted by me/us is found false, misleading or incorrect, my/our affiliation may be cancelled without prior notice.
I/We shall register every eligible student through the Head Office by paying the prescribed registration fee.
I/We understand that the Franchise Registration Fee (Affiliation Fee) is strictly non-refundable.
I/We understand that Student Registration Fees once deposited shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
I/We shall follow the prescribed syllabus, examination pattern, certification process and other academic procedures of RMPV COMPUTER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY.
I/We understand that RMPV COMPUTER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY is an independent examination and certification organization for Computer Education, IT Literacy, Beautician and Skill Development Courses.
Any fraud, negligence or misleading activity committed by our institute shall be our sole responsibility.
I/We shall maintain all required student records including admission, attendance and certificate registers for inspection by authorized officials.
RMPV COMPUTER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to modify rules and policies whenever required, and such changes shall be binding on all Authorized Study Centres.
The franchise is non-transferable without prior written approval from the Head Office and payment of applicable transfer charges.
Any legal dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Shahjahanpur (Uttar Pradesh), India only.
The training centre location shall not be changed without prior approval of the Head Office.
RMPV COMPUTER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
I/We confirm that our centre has adequate drinking water, fire safety, first-aid and toilet facilities.
All operational expenses of the training centre shall be borne by us.
Approval of the Study Centre shall be granted only as per the aims, objectives and norms of RMPV COMPUTER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY.
I/We shall verify all original documents of students before registration and examination.
I/We shall obtain prior approval from RMPV COMPUTER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY before publishing any advertisement or promotional material and understand that all fees paid are non-refundable.
I/We have carefully read, understood and accepted all the above terms and conditions and declare that I am the authorized signatory of this application.
